Giving back
Every time we fill a role for one of our clients, we donate $250 of our recruitment fee to our partner charity Born to Thrive.
Working in some of Rwanda’s poorest communities since 2012, Born to Thrive helps make sure that children and young adults living in extreme poverty can access the education, healthcare, and employment opportunities they need.
Through their work, the money we give makes it possible for vulnerable children to attend school, covering expenses like transport, a uniform, shoes, and school books.
Without this support, learning would simply be unaffordable – and missing out on an education increases the chances of a vulnerable child becoming a vulnerable adult, with limited opportunities for work and the ability to support themselves and their families.
So when you work with us you are investing in East African talent in more ways than one.
